Most writers are generalists. I choose to specialize in customer case studies because I enjoy learning about other businesses, interviewing people and hearing their stories, and encouraging people to celebrate their successes. I’ve seen the power of personal stories and referrals in business, and telling the stories of real customers who have actually used products and services feels to me like an authentic and honest way of marketing.

Many business owners either don’t take the time to write customer case studies or they try to do everything themselves. I have more than 10 years of professional writing experience, and save my clients time and hassle by writing accurate, interesting stories that demonstrate impact and provide customer proof.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Print Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Certificate in Human Resources from Madison College. I’m also a graduate of the Case Study Writers Mad Skills course taught by Casey Hibbard, owner and founder of Compelling Cases, Inc.

In my free time, I enjoy baking, reading young adult fantasy novels and going on road trips with my husband.
